Lead all Bay Area operations across 4 offices. P&L ownership, team leadership, strategic growth.
$110K – $140K + bonus →Operations Manager
Run day-to-day field operations. Crew scheduling, equipment management, IICRC standards.
$85K – $110K + bonus →Commercial Accounts Manager
Grow B2B revenue with property managers, HOAs, and insurance professionals across the Bay Area.
$70K base + commission (OTE $120K+) →Mitigation Estimator / Coordinator
Xactimate estimating, insurance coordination, field documentation. WRT/FSRT preferred.
$70K – $90K →Reconstruction Estimator
Xactimate Level 2 required. Immediate hire. Strong pipeline of active reconstruction projects.
$80K – $110K →Water Restoration Technician
Field technician role. IICRC training paid. Multiple Bay Area locations. Overtime available.
$22 – $32/hr + OT →Finance Manager — AR/AP
QuickBooks, job costing, insurance receivables, financial reporting. Hybrid Petaluma.
$70K – $90K →Office Administrator
Construction/restoration experience required. Job file management, scheduling, permitting support.
