General Manager

💰 $110,000 – $140,000 + bonus
Allied Restoration Company is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead operations across our four Bay Area offices. You will oversee all aspects of the restoration business — from field operations and team performance to financial reporting and strategic growth. This is a senior leadership role for someone with deep experience in restoration, construction, or a related field who is ready to own P&L responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Lead and align operations across San Francisco, Petaluma, Walnut Creek, and San Jose offices
- Own P&L performance — hit revenue, gross margin, and EBITDA targets monthly
- Hire, develop, and retain field supervisors, project managers, and office staff
- Ensure IICRC compliance and quality standards on all active projects
- Manage relationships with insurance carriers, adjusters, and property managers
- Drive commercial account growth and strategic partnerships
- Oversee job costing, WIP reporting, and QuickBooks financial review
- Implement and enforce company SOPs across all departments
- Report directly to the founder/CEO on KPIs and strategic initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years senior management experience in restoration, construction, or property services
- Track record managing multi-location teams of 20+ people
- P&L ownership experience with revenue responsibility of $5M+
- Deep understanding of insurance claims process (Xactimate preferred)
- Strong systems thinker — experience with CRMs, job management software, and reporting dashboards
- IICRC certification preferred (WRT, ASD, or equivalent)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to interface with owners, adjusters, and field crews
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary $110,000 – $140,000 depending on experience
