Compensation  DOE potential benefits and Bonus Package.

We are seeking individuals with general enterprise operation experience.

Must have a proven track record :

1. Successful Profit and Loss management
2. Successful hiring experience.
3. Proven track record in sales initiative development and implementation
4. 5-10 years of  successful business success with references.
5. Prior Insurance Restoration experience.
6. Bachelor degree in business, organizational development or similar .
7. Strong Property Restoration Experience
8. Large Loss management experience
9. Track record of strong negotiation skills
10. Commercial Property management and Home owner association contacts is Preferred.
11. Must live or be willing to relocate to Marin County , San Francisco , or Sonoma County California .
