Commercial Accounts Manager / Sales

💰 $70,000 base + commission (OTE $120,000+)
Allied Restoration Company is hiring a Commercial Accounts Manager to grow our B2B revenue across the San Francisco Bay Area. You will develop relationships with property managers, facilities directors, HOA boards, commercial real estate firms, and insurance professionals to drive water damage, mold, fire, and sewage restoration contracts. This is a high-earning sales role for a motivated closer with connections in Bay Area commercial real estate or property management.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new commercial accounts — property managers, HOAs, facilities directors, building engineers
- Build and maintain relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, and TPAs
- Conduct property tours and emergency preparedness presentations
- Develop preferred vendor agreements with commercial property portfolios
- Respond to and close emergency commercial restoration leads
- Coordinate with operations on job handoff and customer communication
- Maintain CRM (HubSpot) with detailed activity logs and pipeline management
- Attend industry events — BOMA, CAI, insurance networking events
- Report weekly on pipeline, activity, and closed revenue
Requirements
- 3+ years B2B sales experience — property services, restoration, or commercial real estate preferred
- Established network in Bay Area commercial property management or insurance industry a strong plus
- Highly motivated self-starter comfortable with cold outreach and pipeline building
- Strong presentation skills — able to speak confidently to building owners and executives
- Understanding of insurance claims process and restoration services
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred)
- Valid California driver's license and reliable vehicle
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary $70,000 + uncapped commission (top performers earn $120,000+)
- Monthly draw against commission during ramp period
