Commercial Accounts Manager / Sales

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new commercial accounts — property managers, HOAs, facilities directors, building engineers
• Build and maintain relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, and TPAs
• Conduct property tours and emergency preparedness presentations
• Develop preferred vendor agreements with commercial property portfolios
• Respond to and close emergency commercial restoration leads
• Coordinate with operations on job handoff and customer communication
• Maintain CRM (HubSpot) with detailed activity logs and pipeline management
• Attend industry events — BOMA, CAI, insurance networking events
• Report weekly on pipeline, activity, and closed revenue

Requirements

• 3+ years B2B sales experience — property services, restoration, or commercial real estate preferred
• Established network in Bay Area commercial property management or insurance industry a strong plus
• Highly motivated self-starter comfortable with cold outreach and pipeline building
• Strong presentation skills — able to speak confidently to building owners and executives
• Understanding of insurance claims process and restoration services
• CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred)
• Valid California driver's license and reliable vehicle

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary $70,000 + uncapped commission (top performers earn $120,000+)
• Monthly draw against commission during ramp period
