Reconstruction Estimator — Immediate Hire

Responsibilities

• Scope reconstruction projects following water damage, fire damage, and mold remediation
• Produce detailed Xactimate reconstruction estimates — Level 2 proficiency required
• Meet with property owners and insurance adjusters to review and negotiate scope
• Coordinate with field crews and subcontractors on project specifications
• Manage multiple active estimate files simultaneously
• Produce supplemental claims as scope changes are identified during construction
• Maintain project documentation in company job management system
• Support project managers through the reconstruction phase

Requirements

• Xactimate Level 2 certification required — Level 3 preferred
• 3+ years reconstruction estimating experience in restoration or construction
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial construction methods and materials
• Experience negotiating with insurance adjusters on reconstruction scope
• Ability to read architectural plans and construction drawings
• Proficiency with Encircle, JobSight, or similar documentation tools
• Valid California driver's license
• Available to start within 2 weeks

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary $80,000 – $110,000 depending on Xactimate level and experience
