Operations Manager

Allied Restoration Company is looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to run day-to-day field operations across our Bay Area restoration projects. You will coordinate crews, manage scheduling, oversee equipment deployment, and ensure every job is executed to IICRC standards and on time. This is an ideal role for an experienced field supervisor or project manager ready to step into a broader operations leadership position.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch technicians across all active water, fire, mold, and sewage projects
- Manage equipment inventory — track deployment of LGR dehumidifiers, air movers, desiccant units, and generators
- Conduct daily check-ins on job progress and moisture readings
- Ensure all projects are documented to IICRC S500/S520 standards for insurance
- Coordinate with project managers on Xactimate scoping and insurance adjuster communication
- Train and mentor field technicians — enforce PPE and safety protocols
- Manage vendor and subcontractor relationships
- Maintain vehicle fleet — service schedules, licensing, and DOT compliance
- On-call availability for after-hours emergency dispatch
Requirements
- 3+ years field operations experience in water damage, restoration, or construction
- IICRC WRT certification required — ASD or AMRT preferred
- Experience managing crews of 10+ technicians across multiple simultaneous jobs
- Proficiency with job management software (JobSight, Encircle, or similar)
- Strong understanding of structural drying science and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving ability in fast-paced emergency environments
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary $85,000 – $110,000 depending on experience
