Property Damage Mitigation Manager

Allied Restoration Company is seeking a Property Damage Mitigation Manager to oversee active water, fire, and mold mitigation projects from dispatch through completion. This role is responsible for quality control on all active jobs, crew supervision, insurance documentation, and client communication.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all active mitigation projects across SF Bay Area locations
- Supervise and direct field technicians on water, fire, and mold jobs
- Ensure all projects are documented to IICRC S500/S520 standards
- Conduct daily site visits and moisture monitoring checks
- Communicate directly with property owners and insurance adjusters
- Coordinate equipment deployment and pickup schedules
- Review and approve daily field reports in Encircle and JobSight
- Identify scope changes and communicate supplementals to estimating team
- Train new technicians on proper mitigation procedures
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in water/fire/mold mitigation management
- IICRC WRT required โ ASD and AMRT strongly preferred
- Experience managing 5+ simultaneous active projects
- Proficiency with Encircle, JobSight, or similar field documentation tools
- Strong understanding of insurance mitigation documentation requirements
- Valid California driver's license
- Available for emergency on-call rotation
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary $80,000 โ $105,000 depending on experience
